Efficient Use Of Space And Maximum Flexibility: The New Snom MC 10 Multi-Charging Station

Large-scale organisations such as airports, hospitals, logistics companies, or manufacturing facilities are increasingly turning to specialised cordless IP phones for internal and external communication, as because in such environments a high degree of mobility combined with constant reachability is essential.

Cordless IP phones, based on DECT radio technology, represent here an optimal solution. However, they usually require a dedicated plug to power the respective charging station, each of which takes up space on counters, desks, or other storage areas.

The challenge is further compounded when workstations are not traditional desks, but handover points for shift workers. On top of this: the handover times between two shifts are often too short to reliably charge batteries.

With the MC10 Multi-Charger, Snom now offers a charging base with a single cable for fast charging of up to six handsets and additional batteries in one place.

The individual, flexibly usable snap-in inserts of the Snom MC 10 make it possible to use the multi-charging station for almost every handset in Snom’s DECT range.

The charger also offers additional slots for the respective replacement batteries. This means that a fully charged battery is available at all times.

Compactly arranged in two rows with three holders each for end devices and batteries, the multi-charging station ensures effortless battery replacement.

Thanks to the fast charging function, both the handsets and the batteries are always quickly ready for use again. The clear arrangement of the charging slots makes it easier to find and replace the devices.

Staff can find their orderly stored phone in no time and do not have to search for an operational device or worry about possible downtimes, because fully charged replacement batteries are always ready.

“We are very happy to now deliver an answer to the numerous inquiries from our customers and partners,” Oliver Wittig, Senior Product Manager at Snom said

“The Snom MC 10 Multi-Charging Station has concrete effects on the daily routine of shift workers: It sets new standards in terms of efficiency and flexibility in handling cordless IP phones.” said Wittig

The new Snom MC10 Multi-Charging Station is now available from specialist retailers.
