Enterprises Continue to Rely On NAKIVO Backup & Replication For Robust Data Protection

NAKIVO surpassed 30,000 active customers across 183 countries, marking a 10% year-over-year growth in Q4 2024 compared to Q4 2023. The expansion includes notable increases of 14% in the Asia-Pacific region, 10% in EMEA, and 8% in the Americas.

As businesses and organisations continue to face increasingly complex data management challenges, NAKIVO Backup & Replication has become the go-to solution for enterprises seeking reliable, cost-effective data protection.

In Q4 2024, NAKIVO saw a remarkable 28% rise in new deployments, underscoring its growing presence in the global market.

New customers during this period include notable organisations such as Norvic Hospital, Earth Sciences at Ilia State University, and the National Park Services under Taiwan’s Ministry of the Interior.

Thew new partnerships further cement NAKIVO’s reputation as a trusted provider of data backup and recovery solutions across various industries.

“In Q4 2024, we increased our revenue by 25% and customer base by 10% worldwide, thanks to the dedication and resilience of our team,” said NAKIVO CEO Bruce Talley.

“We are proud to see continued growth as more organisations recognise the value of our solutions in protecting their critical data.” he said

In addition to expanding its customer base, NAKIVO has continued to innovate and improve its flagship product, NAKIVO Backup & Replication.

“In Q4 2024, key updates were made to enhance the solution, including agentless NAKIVO Proxmox backup software, improved Microsoft 365 cloud backup, and the introduction of a federated repository feature for better data management across multiple locations.”

“We remain committed to equipping our partners and customers with reliable solutions to safeguard their data,” said Talley.

“These recent updates are a direct response to the evolving needs of our users, and we believe they will help our customers enhance their overall data protection strategies.” he said.

After a successful closed beta phase, NAKIVO recently launched the latest version of its flagship product, Backup & Replication v11. The new release brings a series of powerful updates designed to streamline backup management and boost data protection.

The update simplifies backup operations, reducing the complexity of VM management and offering users a more seamless experience.

In addition, NAKIVO has made significant strides in expanding its backup solutions for Microsoft 365 and NAS. Version 11 now includes integrated cloud backup capabilities, along with improved ransomware protection, making it easier for users to safeguard their critical data.

The update also introduces enhanced managed service provider (MSP) management features, allowing for better control and monitoring across multiple backup environments..

NAKIVO’s revenue also grew more than 100% QoQ in Argentina, Austria, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Denmark, Ecuador, Greece, Indonesia, Malta, Morocco, Luxembourg, Nepal, New Zealand, Portugal, and Slovakia.

In 2023, Australian software distributor Cloud Ready Solutions partnered with US-headquartered Nakivo to distribute its data protection solutions across Australia, Fiji and the Pacific Islands.
