Leading AI and data consultancy in APAC, V2 AI recently announced leadership appointments to significantly strengthening the firm as demand accelerates for enterprise-grade AI adoption.

After achieving close to 100% revenue growth in 2025, V2 AI is entering a scale-up phase in 2026, with consultant headcount expected to more than double to support continued growth.

The appointments mark the next phase of V2 AI’s growth and reinforce the firm’s commitment to helping organisations move beyond AI experimentation to scalable, secure and outcome-driven enterprise transformation

Leadership Appointments

  • Appointments: V2 AI has appointed Hannah Williams as Managing Director, Peter Burns as Partner and Michael Ewald as Director.

  • Why now: The hires strengthen executive leadership as demand surges for enterprise-grade AI and the firm enters a 2026 scale-up phase after nearly 100% revenue growth in 2025.

  • Hannah Williams: Brings senior leadership experience across Amazon and AWS, most recently leading Asia Pacific and Japan at Amazon LEO (formerly Project Kuiper).

  • Peter Burns: Joins from Google Cloud, where he served as a Key Account Executive.

  • Michael Ewald: Joins from PwC Australia, where he was a Managing Director leading consulting teams across cloud and enterprise transformation.

  • What’s next: V2 AI expects to more than double consultant headcount to help organisations move from AI pilots to secure, scalable, outcome-driven transformation.

“I’m thrilled to be joining V2 AI at a time when organisations are shifting from AI pilots to enterprise-wide adoption,” said Williams.

“V2 AI’s focus on combining deep technical capability with strong governance and commercial outcomes is exactly what enterprises need as AI becomes core to how they operate.” she said.

According to Burns, decisioning and intelligence leveraging AI at the core, is reshaping how organisations across all industries compete.

“V2 AI specialises in financial services, retail and energy and utilities industries and is uniquely positioned to help enterprises translate advanced technology into tangible business outcomes,” said Burns

“With my deep retail experience, I’m excited to demonstrate how AI can unleash business potential – from enhancing customer experiences to supply chain optimisation.” he said.

Michael Ewald says he’s excited to join V2 AI and work with organisations that are serious about turning AI ambition into operational reality

“AI is evolving the future of Observability, what I like to refer to as ‘Next-Gen Observability’, providing enterprise transparency with the superpowers of predictability and actionable insights, “said Ewald.

“Strong engineering foundations, quality delivery, observability and change management are critical to successful AI at scale.” he said.

V2 AI Founder and CEO, Craig Howe says the appointments reflect the firm’s continued investment in leadership that combines strategic insight, delivery excellence and commercial impact.

“These appointments enable us to deepen partnerships with existing clients, helping them shape their AI agenda from initial strategy through to broad execution,”

Simultaneously, this growth expands our capacity to take on new projects and meet the surging demand for agentic AI,” said Howe.

As Managing Director, Williams will focus on client growth and partnerships, while Howe will continue to guide clients on their AI strategy as well as V2 AI’s long-term vision and growth.

The news follows last month’s V2 announcement of the appointments of Nick Williams to Partner and Ebony Williams to Director of Alliances.
