King’s College Hospital Dubai Selects Five Faces to Launch Next-Generation King’s Hub

Designed to be a seamless, bilingual (Arabic and English) experience, the King’s Hub will unify all key touchpoints in the patient journey – from appointment scheduling and check-in to queue management, diagnostic results, correspondence access, pharmacy script requests, and valet pickup.

Inside the King’s Hub, patients will also receive their own Digital Citizenship Card – a digital identity designed to streamline access to care and strengthen their connection to the King’s ecosystem.

This concept of “digital citizenship” reinforces the hospital’s commitment to building trusted, ongoing relationships with patients beyond just episodic care.

“This is about leveraging next-generation technology to hyper-personalise the patient experience,” said Sandip Kumar, Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at King’s College Hospital London in Dubai.

“It’s a reimagination of how patients engage and connect with their care. We are proud to be creating a healthcare environment that is seamless, patient-focused, and one that reflects the values of King’s.”

The King’s Hub will support patient experiences across 28 ambulatory care specialties, with integration into Oracle Cerner for appointment scheduling and diagnostic results, and other systems for clinical correspondence and transport services.

It will be enhanced by the AI and automation advances at King’s College Hospital London in Dubai, enabling intelligent, intuitive interactions that guide patients throughout their journey.

“Around the world, patients are asking for the same thing: convenience, control, and clarity,” said Nicole Nixon, CEO of Five Faces.

“The King’s Hub shows what’s possible when digital health is treated as a unified experience, not just clinical care but every touchpoint. We need to remember that patients are people first, and design experiences that empower them to be active participants in their care.”

The King’s Hub represents a bold digital investment by King’s College Hospital London in Dubai and sets a new benchmark for what modern, personalised patient experiences can look like across the Middle East and beyond.

It builds on Five Faces’ success in Australia and other international markets, where its technology powers dynamic digital patient journeys across major public and private health systems.
