Tall Emu has partnered with MaxoTel, one of Australia’s leading VoIP providers, to enhance its advanced Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) capabilities and help businesses streamline administration, improve customer service, and boost productivity.

Through the partnership, MaxoTel’s 50,000 users can now connect their phone systems directly with Tall Emu CRM. Calls are automatically logged with AI-powered notes and summaries, while real-time pop-ups display customer history, past orders, and support records.

The integration also creates follow-up tasks automatically, ensuring businesses never miss a beat when it comes to customer service.

Mike Nash, Founder of Tall Emu, said, “Businesses waste countless hours typing up call notes and chasing bits of information across different systems,”

“By partnering with MaxoTel, we’re giving them a smarter way to work – every call is logged, important details are captured automatically, and the right follow-ups are created without anyone having to remember,”

“It means fewer mistakes, faster responses, and better customer service – all while freeing up staff to focus on actually running the business.” he said.

Beyond call handling, the integration further strengthens Tall Emu’s position as an all-in-one platform for sales and operations.

With deep features including accounting integration, inventory management, job tracking, quoting, and warehousing, Tall Emu gives manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and product-based businesses the ERP-level power they need – without the ERP price tag or complexity.

Already trusted by more than 350 businesses across Australia and New Zealand, Tall Emu’s partnership with MaxoTel paves the way for thousands more to transform how they manage sales, service, and operations.
