Turtle Beach is continuing to expand its Nintendo accessories ecosystem with the launch of two new Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controllers, inspired by Super Mario characters Rosalina and Koopa Troop.

Officially licensed for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, the Nintendo Switch OLED Model and Nintendo Switch 2, the new additions are positioned as a blend of character-driven design and performance hardware, targeting players who want more personal expression.

Both controllers feature dynamic RGB lighting systems paired with bold Super Mario-themed visuals, designed to give players a more customisable experience that carries through both handheld and docked gameplay.

The lighting effects and character artwork are intended to make each controller visually distinctive while remaining fully integrated into gameplay sessions across supported Switch platforms.

Beyond the aesthetic design, Turtle Beach has focused heavily on input performance and responsiveness.

The Rematch controllers include integrated motion controls for supported titles, along with premium TMR thumbsticks designed to reduce drift and maintain consistent precision over time.

Dual mappable back buttons add layer of control customisation, allowing players to assign in-game actions for faster reactions and more flexible control schemes across different genres.

Connectivity and endurance have also been prioritised. The controllers also offer a wireless range of up to 30 feet, supporting flexible play setups in living rooms or gaming spaces, while the rechargeable battery delivers up to 40 hours of gameplay on a single charge.

Turtle Beach has positioned the Rematch series as a balance between playful themed design and more serious performance-oriented engineering, reflecting a broader trend in accessory design that merges branding with functional hardware improvements.

The release also extends Turtle Beach’s wider portfolio of officially licensed Nintendo accessories, which continues to grow across both controllers and audio products.

The company has steadily built out a catalogue of themed Nintendo hardware for Switch systems, including earlier Mario-inspired Rematch controllers such as Mario and Luigi editions, alongside multiple variants of Super Mario themed designs and related headset offerings like the Airlite Fit series.

This broader ecosystem strategy places the Rosalina and Koopa Troop controllers within an expanding range of coordinated accessories aimed at Nintendo players who prefer themed hardware across multiple setups.

The Rosalina and Koopa Troop Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controllers are available for pre-order and will launch globally on 5 May 2026, priced at $109.95.
