TPG Telecom, Australia’s second-largest internet service provider, has announced that it will be relocating its corporate headquarters to Tower Two in Barangaroo, Sydney. The move will see TPG Telecom consolidate its North Sydney and Glebe offices under one roof, leasing more than 9,000 sqm of space across four levels

Tower Two and Tower Three are two prominent office towers located in Sydney’s Barangaroo, occupying a combined area of approximately 171,200 sqm.

Tower Two is a 41-storey building with 89,200 sqm of premium-grade office space, while Tower Three is a 38-level office tower spanning 82,000 sqm.

The towers are owned by the Lendlease International Towers Sydney Trust (LLITST), a real estate investment trust jointly owned by Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC, Lendlease, and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.

LLITST’s ownership of these towers reflects its commitment to investing in premium-grade office properties that provide significant value to their tenants and stakeholders.

Vanessa Hicks, TPG Telecom’s group executive for people experience, says that the move will greatly benefit employees, providing them with best-in-class facilities, ease of access, and collaboration spaces to support the company’s flexible workforce.

“This will allow TPG Telecom to foster a more cohesive and efficient work environment, promoting collaboration and innovation across departments,,”

The new headquarters, Tower Two, is also aligned with TPG’s sustainability initiatives, with its carbon-neutral certification and a significant reduction in the company’s office footprint demonstrating TPG’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact and promoting sustainability.

“We are thrilled to announce TPG Telecom’s move to Barangaroo, where we will bring together more of our teams under one roof to connect, collaborate, create, and celebrate,”

“With easy access to fantastic amenities, high-quality and modern workspaces, we are creating the perfect environment for our people to come together to be at their best, be closer to our customers, and drive innovation,” she said.

As part of the relocation of TPG Telecom’s corporate headquarters to Tower Two in Sydney’s Barangaroo, one of the floors will be dedicated to serving clients as a concierge service.

The new space will also enable the telco to host executive meetings, client showcases, and events for larger team functions.

According to TPG the building’s sustainability credentials – including “carbon neutral certification” – would help it reduce emissions from its presence.
