The outsourcing industry in Australia is growing steadily, with a 2025 IBISWorld report stating that industrywide revenue has been growing over the past five years at an expected annualised 1.2% and is set to total $49.6 billion in 2024-25.

And technology outsourcing has become a key growth market, according to leading Australian offshoring company, ConnectOS.

Recently ranked in the Australian Financial Review Fast 100 for the fourth consecutive year, becoming the first Australian outsourcing company to do so, ConnectOS’s growth has been driven by expanding partnerships with Australian enterprises across technology and e-commerce, along with professional services and accounting.

ConnectOS specialises in sourcing, hiring, and managing offshore teams based in the Philippines, handling everything from IT infrastructure to recruitment and payroll, while clients maintain direct management of day-to-day work.

Some examples of upskilled technology-related roles ConnectOS sees increasingly outsourced include technology procurement managers, project and developers.

“Our growth comes from helping businesses, both in Australia and across the globe, access capabilities they couldn’t otherwise access or afford,”

“Offshore teams of highly-skilled, well-compensated professionals give companies competitive advantages that local hiring costs would put out of reach,” says ConnectOS Chief Executive Steve Evans.

ConnectOS differentiates itself through enterprise-grade security and compliance, holding ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI DSS certifications.

The company’s focus on culture, engagement, and employee wellbeing has delivered strong talent retention and productivity outcomes, supporting its sustained performance across multiple years.

ConnectOS plans to scale its integrated resourcing solutions, invest in new technology platforms, and deepen partnerships across Australasia, Europe and North America.

“Over the next 12 months, we’ll be ramping up our capabilities, expanding our service offerings, and continuing to invest in supporting both our clients and teams,” Evans said.

“We continue to leverage emerging technologies to strengthen our operations and keep our clients ahead of the curve. The trajectory ahead is exciting, and we’re committed to growing,” he said.

About ConnectOS

ConnectOS is a leading provider of offshore talent for organisations in Australia, the United States, the UK, New Zealand and Canada. For over a decade, we’ve been supporting our global clients with premium resourcing and productivity solutions
