Until now, many organisations have struggled with fragmented RFID processes, using separate tools for tagging, printing, tracking and reporting. This slows operations, with manual data entry open to errors and leaving blind spots in asset visibility.

Peacock Bros.’ new RFID Software eliminates these issues by bringing every step together in one system, from field capture through to enterprise reporting.

Peacocks RFID Software acts as a central hub for RFID workflows. Through its mobile app, designed for Android devices and rugged mobile computers, staff can scan and register assets, print and encode RFID tags, and perform inspections or stocktake directly at the point of activity.

By eliminating the need to take down notes and return to a desktop, employees can complete these processes instantly in the field, reducing manual recording and freeing them to focus on higher-value work.

The software’s companion web portal extends these capabilities with oversight and control at scale, including location management, bulk data import, GPS-tagged scanning events, user administration, reporting tools and role-based access.

Together, the mobile app and web portal ensure that businesses can operate with agility in the field while maintaining full visibility and governance across the enterprise.

“Our new RFID Track and Trace Software was designed to replace the patchwork of tools and manual processes businesses have been relying on,” said George Pecchiar, Executive Director at Peacock Bros.

“By combining a mobile app for instant field capture with a web portal for oversight and reporting, it provides one connected system where assets can be registered, tracked and managed in real time. That means greater accuracy, visibility and efficiency than barcoding or disconnected solutions can offer.”

Every feature of Peacock Bros.’ RFID Software has been created for efficiency and adaptability. Offline functionality with automatic sync ensures continuity, while transaction logging, geolocation capture, and audit trails provide complete visibility of asset movements.

Security is embedded across the platform, with centralised cloud management, role-based permissions, and integration with enterprise login protocols.

“Designed to be flexible, integrable and future-ready, Peacocks RFID Software scales with business needs. Real-time data accelerates decision-making, automated check-in/check-out and reporting minimise manual processes, and intuitive dashboards deliver actionable insights,”

“By bringing these capabilities together in one connected system, Peacock Bros. enables businesses to tailor RFID technology to their unique challenges while protecting assets and reducing shrinkage,” Pecchiar concluded.
