Logicalis Australia Announces Three New Leadership Appointments To Drive Innovation & Growth

Logicalis Australia streamlines national services team to accelerate innovation and growth with three new appointments to foster opportunities across the portfolio and broader organisation.

Logicalis Australia, an IT solutions and managed services provider with over 7,100 Architects of Change™, operating across 27 countries has announced new leadership appointments in it’s services team. The decision is a continuation of their efforts to improve customer experience and stimulate innovation throughout the organisation’s portfolio and beyond.

Director of Services at Logicalis Australia, Naveen Shettar, is accountable for overseeing all Consulting, Pre-sales, and Engineering functions.

Throughout his tenure of 10 months, he has focused on streamlining the services team structure, increasing operational effectiveness, and positioning the team for ongoing achievements. As a result of his efforts, three members of the team have been promoted.

“As Director of Services, I have been committed to finding ways to create efficiencies, drive innovation, and fuel future growth, all while keeping our exceptional services team intact,”

Tim Bradley

As the new Head of Consulting and Advisory, Tim Bradley has the task of collaborating with clients to comprehend their business requirements.

He leads a team of managing consultants and experts who offer purposeful, business-oriented strategic advice to assist customers in selecting the appropriate technologies, developing implementation roadmaps, and implementing change management programs to facilitate achieving their transformation objectives.

Mr Bradley said, “Logicalis Australia has a formidable reputation for delivering pragmatic, innovative, and transformative platforms to enable their digital ambition,”

“We are well positioned to continue providing our clients with industry leading consulting and advisory services, so they can unlock the full potential of taking a digital first approach to drive sustainable growth and success,” he said

Leon Scott

Leon Scott, who was previously the Head of Cloud and Connectivity practice at Logicalis Australia since 2021, has been appointed as the new Head of Engineering.

In his expanded role, he will supervise the engineering team and spearhead innovation across Logicalis Australia’s services portfolio.

Mr Scott will collaborate with stakeholders and partners to create and implement the organisation’s technology strategy, ensuring that it continues to lead the industry.

“I am excited to have this chance to create cutting-edge and advanced offerings for our customers and to further expand our business,” Mr Scott said

“Working alongside our team of outstanding technology experts with extensive experience is an amazing opportunity.

“With a wide range of innovative possibilities, this role offers the potential for growth in many and diverse areas,” he said

Ivan Cacic

Under the new services team structure, Cacic, promoted to Head of Solutions will be responsible for leading Logicalis’ team of Solution Architects and Sales Specialists, and is tasked with developing and delivering customised solutions from Logicalis’ broad range of market-leading capabilities that meet clients’ unique business requirements.

Mr Cacic said, “At the end of the day, our success as a service provider is directly tied to our ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction,”

“As Head of Solutions, I am committed to driving a customer-centric culture that puts our clients’ needs at the centre of everything we do,”

“By prioritising customer satisfaction in our solutions development process, we can deliver personalised and impactful solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients.”

Logicalis has annualised revenues of $1.7 billion, from operations in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Africa and is a division of Datatec Limited, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, with revenues of over $4.6 billion.
