A lean Australian tech startup is quietly shaking up the lucrative, highly competitive global digital work instructions market—and the industry’s biggest players are starting to sweat.
While Silicon Valley unicorns like Scribe have raised massive venture capital targeting the desk-bound worker, a massive void has been left behind.
Frontline and manual workers—in industries like manufacturing, logistics, mining, and utilities—make up 80% of the global workforce, yet most software is still built exclusively for people sitting behind a screen.
