Felix Group Holdings Ltd has announced the acquisition of Nexvia, a leading Australian and New Zealand’s project management software platform for construction SMEs, in a cash and scrip transaction valued at AU$12 million.

Felix is undertaking a capital raise of up to $16 million to fund the acquisition and advance organic growth initiatives, which will strengthen its position as a leader in construction technology in ANZ and international markets.

The deal will combine its procurement and vendor management enterprise platform with Nexvia’s advanced project and business management tools that are optimised for SMEs who interoperate with larger contractors in the Felix ecosystem.

The partnership is set to deliver enhanced value for customers, accelerate product innovation, and support Felix’s growth ambitions.

Founded in Brisbane in 2016 by Rob Rowe and Cameron Blacker, Nexvia’s modular, scalable platform enables small- to mid-market builders, subcontractors and shopfitters to manage projects and operations with precision.

The company holds the largest market share in the interior fit-out and shopfitting sector across Australia and New Zealand and recently secured its first major customer in the UK as part of its global expansion strategy.

Integrating Nexvia into the Felix ecosystem will enable Felix to offer more than 100,000 suppliers and service providers in the Felix vendor marketplace with an expanded suite of tools that offer greater efficiency, workflow optimisation and new growth opportunities across the construction lifecycle.

Rob Rowe, Founder & CEO, Nexvia, said, “Our partnership with Felix is anchored in a shared mission and values, driven by the significant market opportunity ahead,”

“With Felix’s vision and capabilities, we’ll accelerate product development, expand programs and help our customers increase profitability.” he said.

“Together, we’ll create a connected ecosystem that blends best-in-class construction software with a powerful marketplace, helping our customers work smarter, boost profitability, and unlock new growth opportunities in ANZ and beyond.” said Felix Group CEO & Co-Founder, Mike Davis

The deal follows a strong quarter for Felix, including new enterprise wins and the signing of a three-year agreement with PCL Construction’s Solar Division in North America.
