Cru Software announced the continued expansion of its solution ecosystem by partnering with Fly2Work, a SAAS market leader in automated travel management for mobile workforces. The partnership will further accelerate the digital transformation of fly-in-fly-out workforces and drive the future of mobile workforce management.

The global mobile workforce market is expected to reach 1.87 billion workers by the end of 2022. Cru Software specialises in helping organisations with the automation of rostering and scheduling optimisation of daily tasks. As this number continues to grow so too do the complexities of managing large workforces to ensure optimal productivity.

Cru Software’s Rostering solution and Fly2work leverage seamless sharing between the two systems, streamlining workforce and resource management for large-scale teams and is the perfect fit for the expected expansion of workers.

“We are excited about the partnership and the benefits it will provide to our customers and our broader market. For so long the industry has been plagued with stand-alone point solutions. Our integrated solution with Fly2Work’s travel management provides seamless and streamlined workflows, creating even more cost and time savings for global FIFO operators.”

“The partnership will deliver a powerful yet simple travel, accommodation and canteen solution to complement the CRU Rostering offering. Simply put, CRU Rostering ensures that workers know when and where they need to be at all times, and the integration will ensure that no one shows up at the airport unprepared without travel, transportation or accommodation arrangements” states Jason Cameron, CEO of CRU Software.

“This partnership offers lucrative cost-saving opportunities for businesses with large-scale workforces and complex roster needs. The success of any operation depends on rostering the right people at the right time, but it is particularly important for companies with FIFO workforces spread across multiple sites. It made sense for us to combine the two solutions to create a more complete offering for large organisations” said James Kelly, Director of IONYX.

“The rapid growth of the mobile workforce is a driving force for companies to adopt new technology that will support their business and productivity. By joining the solutions our customers will have access to the tools they need to manage and plan the workforce, adapt to changing scenarios and allow focus on productivity,” said James Kelly, Director of IONYX.

Cru Rostering and Fly2Work are built on open and extensible platforms enabling the ability to innovate with partners and in return empower organisations and workers in ways that simply are not possible with legacy solutions or systems.
