Work Perfect, an Australian consulting firm, has launched its monday.com managed services to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Founded in 2020, Work Perfect is a business process consulting firm powered by Monday.com. Headquartered in Sydney but operating across APAC, Work Perfect helps businesses work smarter with malleable technology that adapts to each individual business’s needs.

The new service suite from the CRN Fast50 company targets mid-to-enterprise sized organisations seeking to maximise their investment in monday.com’s cloud-based Work OS platform

Clients gain access to Work Perfect’s exceptional technical expertise, enabling seamless platform management, troubleshooting, and navigation, so internal teams can stay focused on driving business success.

Customers can choose between three service levels based on the business’s needs:

  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

The entry-level ‘Silver’ option includes Onboarding, Training and Knowledge Transfer, Strategic Workflow Planning, and Security and Governance Health Audits.

The Platinum Package

At the opposite end, the premium Platinum package offers everything within the silver package as well as ongoing support for continual optimisation and adoption of new features and ongoing and regular audit maintenance of automations, integrations and APIs.

The introduction of the service is a result of increased market demand as more businesses are seeking trusted expertise regarding process optimisation.

“Over the past couple of years a combination of talent shortages, the move to working-from-home and an unstable economy, has led to business leaders placing an increased focus on optimising employee productivity.” said Work Perfect Managing Director Sharang Bharadwaj

“Monday.com’s software is the perfect solution for businesses looking to enhance workplace productivity and achieve cost savings.”

“However, without guidance and support on how to best leverage it for business needs, it can result in wasted time, money and unnecessary complexity.” Bharadwaj said.

“Through our managed service offering, our team of highly-skilled and specialised monday.com trained experts help businesses unlock the power of the platform to increase team productivity, achieve business goals and save on costs.”

“As the only monday.com pure play platinum partner in the region, we’re excited to bring this unique offering to market.” he said.

To celebrate the launch, Work Perfect is offering all monday.com customers across APAC a free 12-hour managed service trial*.

A platinum Monday.com partner, Work Perfect has worked with prominent clients including Canva, Channel 9, and McDonald’s to enhance operational efficiency and achieve significant cost savings.
