Former ELMO Product Strategy Director joins Compono to help drive global growth through developing innovative talent hiring, development and retention products
Talent optimisation software company Compono has today announced Peter Scott, former Product Strategy Director at ELMO Software, as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO).
A leader with over 17 years of experience in shaping product strategies that help ambitious fast-growth businesses succeed, Scott is an expert in building products to optimise the talent that is hired, developed and retained within organisations.
He has previously held senior positions at The Learning Group, Talent2, Maximus International and ELMO Software where he played a pivotal role in helping the company transition to a SaaS platform provider.
At Compono, he will assume the responsibilities of CPO and drive the technology product strategy, building scalable and innovative solutions across the company. Scott will play a critical role in driving Compono’s vision of helping employers adapt to the rapidly evolving workforce by providing end to end talent solutions that realise the full potential of their people.
