Appian’s new offering empowers government agencies to swiftly develop case management applications that seamlessly integrate dynamic workflow, artificial intelligence (AI), comprehensive case reporting, and adherence to the security standards of the public sector.

Casework is a universal workstyle in government. Each “case” requires a systematic approach from initiation to resolution. It is critical that government organisations have solutions that can easily handle the varying complexities of case management use cases and their organisation’s specific needs.

Additionally, Governments require flexible, modern case management tools to provide excellent citizen services and to streamline internal processes efficiently.

Jake Edelman, Appian Architect & Practice Lead, Deloitte says Appian’s CMaaS capability enabled Deloitte to rapidly configure a case management use case specific to our customer’s needs.

“Appian Case Management for Public Sector marries the full capability of rapid low-code and industry-leading case management with Deloitte’s government subject matter expertise,”

“We look forward to bringing this solution to our clients and providing great impact for their case management needs,” said Edelman.

According to Gartner®, case management as a service (CMaaS) is defined as an approach for creating cloud-based case management solutions that consist of a collection of modular and interoperable horizontal products.

Appian Case Management for Public Sector, powered by AI on the Appian Platform, serves as a robust foundation to establish a uniform, adaptable, and modular core for any case management application or workflow.

Its versatile architecture enables the swift development of highly customisable applications within weeks instead of months, enhancing the experience of both citizens and government personnel.

Jason Adolf, Industry Vice President, Public Sector, Appian says Appian Case Management for Public Sector allows government agencies to automate and optimise service delivery while providing an exceptional citizen experience.

“With CMaaS, we are offering a solution that not only enhances efficiency but also empowers government agencies to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment. We are proud to lead the way in redefining how government agencies manage their casework,” he said.

Just like Appian’s comprehensive suite of government solutions, this innovative offering provides government organisations with the unparalleled ease and efficiency of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, seamlessly combined with the tailored precision of a purpose-built application.

The new cutting-edge solution is meticulously crafted to meet the unique needs of governmental entities, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

Appian offers comprehensive solutions that not only provide secure cloud hosting but also streamline the process of managing security administration, reducing the reliance on manual intervention.

These new and exciting cutting-edge solutions are accessible to a diverse clientele, including global government customers, and can be seamlessly integrated into various security enclaves.

Some of the notable enclaves where Appian’s solutions can be deployed include FedRAMP, StateRAMP, DoD Impact Level 5, Cyber Essentials Plus (UK), Protected B (Canada), IRAP Protected (Australia), and several other security frameworks around the world.

This versatility ensures that Appian’s solutions meet the stringent security standards of a wide range of governmental and international organisations, making them an ideal choice for those seeking reliable and comprehensive security solutions in a cloud-based environment.
