Adobe has announced the appointment of Meredith O’Ryan as Director of Enterprise Marketing for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), while also taking charge of flagship events across Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC).

O’Ryan, who joined Adobe nearly four years ago, previously served as Director of JAPAC Integrated Campaigns, where she led large-scale, multi-regional marketing programs and events that strengthened Adobe’s position across the region.

Bringing more than two decades of experience in integrated B2B marketing, strategic partnerships, and event leadership, O’Ryan has built a reputation for delivering initiatives that drive both brand impact and customer engagement.

In her expanded role, she will spearhead Adobe’s enterprise marketing strategy in ANZ, a critical market for the company, while also overseeing the planning and execution of Adobe’s flagship events across Asia Pacific—key platforms for showcasing Adobe’s innovation and engaging with enterprise customers.

She will report directly to Duncan Egan, Vice President of Enterprise Marketing JAPAC, who described the appointment as a reflection of O’Ryan’s proven leadership and track record in delivering high-value marketing outcomes.

“Meredith’s track record of building innovative, high-performing campaigns and delivering impact through flagship events positions her perfectly for this new role,” said Egan

“Her leadership will be key in deepening relationships with our enterprise customers and advancing awareness of Adobe as the world’s best marketing and AI platform for customer experience orchestration.”

Meredith says she’s thrilled to take on the new challenge, helping to shape the future of marketing as AI transforms the industry.

“As the only organisation to bring together world-class tools for creativity, customer data, content velocity and AI orchestration, Adobe has a unique brand story,” said Meredith

“I look forward to amplifying that story while we also celebrate and empower marketers and creative professionals across the region.” she said.

O’Ryan’s appointment underscores Adobe’s continued investment in regional leadership and its commitment to strengthening enterprise engagement across Asia Pacific.

Her extensive experience and proven track record position her to play a pivotal role in advancing Adobe’s growth strategy and deepening connections with enterprise customers in ANZ and beyond.

Adobe Photoshop dominates the creative software market with a 34% market share while over 1.64 million companies worldwide are using Adobe as their application development tool in 2025.
