Billy brings over 11 years of extensive experience in the disability sector to Chooze.
With a solid background in Early Childhood Education, specialising in Special Education and Disability Studies, and a strong foundation in Business and Marketing, Billy is well-equipped to support individuals in achieving their social, economic, and capacity-building goals.
Kerry Kingham, CEO of Chooze, expressed her enthusiasm at Billy’s appointment, said, “I have appointed a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to the Chooze team, which is a significant new role for us,”
“Billy has a long tenure in the sector, and his role will be to build our brand awareness in the disability community, forge strategic partnerships with plan managers, as well as support coordinators, and participants, as our start-up continues to make waves,” said Kingham

Billy’s career is marked by his dedication to supporting individuals with diverse cognitive, neurological, physical, and psychosocial needs.
He has held various NDIS positions, including planner, Support Coordinator, team manager, and Early Childhood Practitioner.
His experience in leading teams in NDIS plan approvals and implementation, client engagement and acquisition, and growth strategies will make him an invaluable member to the Chooze team.
