The strategic partnership will link HealthcareLink’s network of healthcare professionals to a seamless single system creating one of the most comprehensive ecosystems for connecting healthcare employers and talent in the country.

In the initial phase of the partnership, Locumate’s job listings will be featured on HealthcareLink’s job board, expanding visibility for healthcare employers and offering professionals a wider range of flexible and diverse work opportunities across both platforms.

Additionally, Locumate employers will gain access to HealthcareLink’s bespoke recruitment & hiring solutions, providing hybrid and flexible ways to attract and engage top healthcare talent faster.”

“This partnership is about creating scale and accessibility,” said Surge Singh, CEO of Locumate. “Locumate acts as an aggregator, connecting multiple sources of on-demand healthcare talent from internal pools and preferred networks to external agencies.”

“Working with HealthcareLink allows us to extend that reach, bringing together Australia’s largest connected workforce and helping employers fill roles faster.”

Kopi Nadarajah, CEO & Founder of HealthcareLink, added: “With over 300,000 healthcare professionals on our platform, we’re excited to collaborate with Locumate to deliver even more value to the industry.

Together, we’ll make it easier for healthcare organisations to find the right talent while helping professionals access opportunities that fit their expertise and lifestyle.”

The partnership represents a shared commitment to unify Australia’s fragmented healthcare workforce landscape starting with healthcare and expanding into allied health and other sectors to meet the growing demand for flexible, on-demand staffing solutions.
