HamiltonJet, a global leader in waterjet propulsion technology, has partnered with Fortude to implement Fortest, their automated regression testing solution. The implementation supports HamiltonJet’s shift to Infor M3 and broader digital transformation efforts.

With Infor’s continuous delivery model and frequent release updates, HamiltonJet needed a faster, more scalable way to validate business-critical processes spanning finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and aftermarket services.

Manual testing slowed down the adoption of updates, placing pressure on internal resources. Fortest proved to be a strong fit for the challenge.

“We want to reduce our reliance on manual testing while maintaining confidence during every M3 release,” said Dominic Feran – ERP Manager at HamiltonJet.

“With Fortest, we will be able to cut down testing time, expand our coverage to include complex integrations, and free up our business users to focus on higher-value initiatives.” Feran said.

With prebuilt test libraries for Infor M3 modules, Fortest empowers business users to create, manage, and execute test cases without technical expertise.

The solution supports end-to-end process testing, including quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay, and features intelligent change impact analysis to prioritise testing efforts.

“Automating regression testing is essential for businesses like HamiltonJet that are constantly evolving and rely on frequent ERP updates to support global operations,” said Cameron Greening, Chief Revenue Officer – ANZ at Fortude.

“Ensuring smooth updates and maintaining seamless operations for a global customer base requires agility, and that’s exactly where Fortest comes in.” he said.

Fortest offers broad applicability across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, fashion, distribution, chemicals, and field services.

Designed to adapt to any ERP landscape, it provides scalable, business-owned automated testing that supports continuous innovation and change.

By accelerating system upgrades, reducing project risk, and improving ERP agility, Fortest empowers organisations to maintain performance and reliability throughout their digital transformation journey.

According to the Deloitte Manufacturing Industry Outlook 2025, nearly 70% of manufacturers are accelerating their digital transformation initiatives in 2025, with ERP modernisation topping the list of strategic priorities.
