“Our 2026 APJ Partner Award winners demonstrate the different ways partners create value with AI automation for critical processes across the Appian ecosystem,” said Scott Van Valkenburgh, Senior Vice President of Global Alliances and Channels at Appian.

“Accenture has accelerated the growth of Appian capability across Australia and New Zealand while Deloitte has led a complex public sector transformation.

“Meanwhile, Roboyo has embedded AI in process to deliver measurable operational value, and Conexxia has demonstrated delivery excellence across a complex program. Together, their achievements reflect the strength and growing maturity of our partner ecosystem across the region.”

Ecosystem Growth Winner: Accenture

Accenture received the Ecosystem Growth Award for rapidly expanding its Appian capability and market presence across Australia and New Zealand.

By investing in local skills and certifications, connecting its regional teams with an extensive global network of Appian specialists and adapting proven assets for the local market, Accenture has created a strong foundation for continued customer and ecosystem growth.

Accenture’s combination of industry expertise, enterprise relationships and reusable solutions is helping organisations explore new opportunities to modernise core processes and apply AI at scale.

Its focus on local capability development and close collaboration with Appian has created significant momentum across some of the region’s largest enterprises and government organisations.

Client Transformation Winner: Deloitte

Deloitte received the Transformation Award for its work with Long Service Corporation (LSC) to deliver a new digital application for the New South Wales (NSW) Community Services Industry portable long service leave scheme.

Deloitte worked closely with LSC to align legislative requirements, operational processes and technical delivery, helping to create a secure, accessible and scalable Appian solution within tight timeframes.

The application is already supporting more than 220,000 workers to begin accruing portable long service leave across multiple employers.

Innovative Solution Winner: Roboyo

Roboyo received the Innovation Award for its work with the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ), applying Appian AI to transform invoice processing and enable employees to focus on higher-value, participant-centred work.

The solution combines Appian’s generative AI capabilities with optical character recognition (OCR) technology, delivering an estimated 9x ROI, while reducing manual effort by up to 90% and achieving 100% data-extraction accuracy.

It has also shortened a key process from five days to less than one day, demonstrating how AI embedded in process can deliver measurable value for public services.

Delivery Excellence Winner: Conexxia

Conexxia received the Delivery Excellence Award for successfully executing a complex, multi-stream transformation program on the Appian Platform.

Through disciplined governance, close customer collaboration and an agile delivery approach, Conexxia brought multiple business processes into a unified Appian environment.

The program replaced paper-intensive work with digital self-service, real-time reporting and more consistent decision-making, while delivering significant improvements in processing speed and user experience.

Conexxia’s ability to manage complexity while maintaining delivery quality demonstrates the important role experienced partners play in achieving sustainable transformation.
