Flow, a leading proptech platform, is proud to announce a pioneering partnership with eXp Realty, the fastest-growing new age, cloud-based brokerage with over 88,000 real estate professionals operating in 24 markets worldwide.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Flow’s mission to revolutionise the real estate sector, as both companies join forces to enhance agents’ marketing capabilities and empower them to grow their own businesses.

The partnership between Flow and eXp Realty aligns perfectly with eXp Realty’s commitment to provide its agents with best-in-class automated marketing tools.

Leo Pareja, Chief Strategy Officer of eXp Realty, expressed exhilaration about the collaboration, stating, “we are thrilled to partner with Flow and provide our agents with this top-of-the-line automated marketing tool.

“This partnership reinforces our dedication to connecting eXp Realty agents around the world with vetted vendors, tools, and services that prioritise their business success and enable them to deliver the most elevated and seamless client experience.”

Flow’s state-of-the-art tech seamlessly integrates with REP, the current global Customer Relationship Manager system (CRM) used by eXp Realty, unlocking multiple advantages that will propel the brokerage’s growth and solidify its brand presence.

By using Flow’s advanced automation tools, eXp Realty gains access to an online audience of over 4 billion people across social networks and digital channels worldwide, enabling them to effectively market their brand and listings where potential clients spend the majority of their time.

Flow’s templating technology ensures that all ads align with the brokerage’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and compliance and ensuring eXp Realty agents have full control of their brand image.

In addition, the flexibility of the Flow platform allows eXp Realty to seamlessly upload new templates and quickly implement design changes and roll them out globally.

Agents can leverage the power of the eXp Realty brand while benefiting from the agility and customisation options provided by Flow.

Flow’s advanced targeting capabilities provide eXp Realty with unparalleled reach and exposure. By identifying and targeting the desired audience, eXp Realty can generate high-quality leads, seamlessly integrating them into their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for efficient follow-up and conversion.

Additionally, Flow’s global payment capabilities streamline media buying across eXp Realty’s regions, ensuring smooth transactions when paying for digital ad campaigns.

The integration between eXp Realty and Flow was successfully piloted in South Africa in 2022, with exceptional results. Over 90 agents used Flow’s precise targeting capabilities to run 353 highly targeted ad campaigns, reaching 2.1 million potential buyers across South Africa.

These campaigns resulted in over 72,000 listing views and showed a consistent month-on-month increase in daily ad views and website traffic.

Andrew Thompson, Managing Broker of eXp Realty South Africa, praised Flow’s product, stating, “The Flow team has created a tremendous product, the best automated marketing platform on the market.

“Their professional templates mean that any of our agents can create on-brand ads in no time at all. Their expert analytics and targeting tools enable us to make the most of our social media marketing, generating the best exposure and leads for eXp South Africa.”

Gil Sperling, Co-founder and Co-CEO of Flow, expressed his confidence in the partnership, stating, “Flow is extremely proud to partner with eXp Realty, and we are confident that our powerful tech will support eXp’s exponential growth in the market.

“Our enterprise-level platform has already revolutionised the offerings of agency technology stacks, major portals and CRMs globally, and this partnership with eXp Realty, which shares our aspiration to transform the real estate sector, will undoubtedly be a game changer.”
