NEOS by Argon & Co has joined the Infor Partner Network in a move aimed at expanding warehouse and supply chain technology delivery across Australia, New Zealand, Japan and parts of Southeast Asia.

The partnership will see NEOS support the delivery of Infor’s warehousing and supply chain solutions across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore, targeting sectors including retail, FMCG, food and beverage, third-party logistics and distribution.

The deal comes as companies across the region face continued pressure to improve warehouse productivity, reduce supply chain disruption and modernise ageing operational systems without creating further complexity across their businesses.

As part of the Infor Partner Network, NEOS will manage the sales, implementation and support lifecycle for Infor Warehouse Management System, bringing together Argon & Co’s supply chain transformation and systems integration experience with Infor’s cloud-based warehouse management technology.

Luke Tomkin, Partner and NEOS APAC Lead at Argon & Co, said, “Many organisations invest in warehouse technology expecting it to transform performance, but the software alone cannot deliver that outcome,”

“The strongest results come when technology is designed around how the warehouse operates, integrated with the wider supply chain and supported by the right processes and people.

“This partnership combines Infor’s advanced WMS capabilities with NEOS’ practical supply chain and implementation expertise to help clients achieve measurable, lasting improvements in supply chain performance,” added Tomkin.

The partnership also gives Infor a broader regional implementation capability at a time when warehouse automation, supply chain visibility and operational resilience are becoming increasingly important for companies dealing with higher costs, labour pressures and more complex distribution networks.

“Local channel partners are central to our growth strategy across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia Pacific region,” said Geoff Thomas, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan, Infor.

“NEOS by Argon & Co brings supply chain expertise and implementation capability, making them a great partner to help organisations modernise their warehouse operations.

“Our portfolio of Agentic Orchestration, process mining and industry automation helps customers get practical innovation embedded in day-to-day processes, not just a technology refresh,”

“As demand for modern warehouse management capabilities continues to grow across the region, we’re committed to partners who understand supply chain planning, manufacturing and distribution on the ground,” Thomas said.

Under the arrangement, customers will have access to a locally based implementation partner with supply chain and systems integration experience, with both companies positioning the model as a way to reduce deployment risk and shorten the time between implementation and operational results.

The partnership will also give NEOS a larger role in delivering Infor WMS projects across Asia Pacific as organisations continue investing in warehouse technology designed to improve inventory control, fulfilment, labour efficiency and broader supply chain resilience.
