Ceramic artist and TikTok sensation Guy Vadas aka Pottery Boy headlined a groundbreaking activation at SXSW Sydney, in collaboration with smart tech brand eufyMake and creative content agency LeapFrogger.
The event showcased the eufyMake E1 UV Printer, the world’s first personal 3D-texture UV printer, through a live demonstration that merged tactile artistry with cutting-edge technology.
Guy demonstrated the E1’s printing capabilities at the eufyMake booth, offering attendees a firsthand look at how digital texture can transform physical craft.
“We’re excited to bring this collaboration to life,” said Harold Xu, eufyMake Head of Marketing (ANZ). “Guy’s artistry and credibility make this the perfect moment to show how the E1 empowers artists and creators to turn ideas into tangible, textured reality.”
LeapFrogger led the creative strategy and talent engagement, curating a campaign that blends innovation, storytelling, and community connection.
“This activation was about more than a product launch – it was about showcasing the future of how people can create and bring their art to life,” said Kacey Baruday, Senior Content Manager at LeapFrogger.
“We’re proud to help eufyMake connect with creators in a way that’s bold, tactile, and trend-driven.” said Baruday
The eufyMake E1 printer recently raised over $70 million AUD on Kickstarter, becoming the most-funded campaign of all time on the platform. Its debut at SXSW Sydney marks a major milestone in bringing the product to market and into the hands of makers.
