Cognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH) has partnered with Eagle Eye to provide real-time, AI-powered loyalty and promotions solutions for enterprise retailers worldwide. Combining Cognizant’s industry expertise with Eagle Eye’s API-first platform, which delivers over 1 billion personalized offers weekly.

Cognizant announced an industry partnership with Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS and AI company, to deliver real-time, personalised loyalty and promotions solutions at scale for enterprise businesses worldwide.

By combining Cognizant’s industry expertise and global engineering with Eagle Eye’s API-first, AI-powered loyalty platform—delivering over 1 billion personalised offers weekly—the partnership tackles some of retail’s most pressing challenges.

Retailers today face declining customer engagement, and legacy technology constraints that hinder real-time customer experiences. Together, Cognizant and Eagle Eye aim to address these challenges by enabling faster deployment of cutting-edge loyalty and personalisation solutions.
