Brett Pickens has been appointed as the new Chief Executive of Certis Australia, Australia’s leading outsourced services partner in multi-disciplinary smart security and integrated services. Brett joins Certis with over two decades of industry experience across Australia and most recently with Securitas as the Divisional President Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
During his tenure, Securitas saw significant transformation and growth across the region. Prior to Securitas, Brett held a number of roles across the industry including:
- Commercial Director Asia Pacific with ISS, as well as National Strategy
- Development and Commercial Management roles with Wilson Security and ISS Security across
- General Management roles in Western Australia and New South Wales.

Brett joins Certis Australia most recently from Securitas where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer AMEA before moving into the Divisional Presidency in 2021.
