Brisbane-based software platform Neosframe has officially launched with immediate enterprise validation, having secured a major Australian client before completing its beta phase, signalling strong market appetite for retail operations automation.

The platform automates end-to-end retail ad production for enterprises, from asset creation and compliance review to multi-channel versioning and approval workflows, enabling retail and regulated-industry brands to scale output 10x without increasing headcount or external production costs.

Neosframe’s foundation client, Entain Group (Australia & New Zealand), selected the platform to manage creative production across its multi-brand portfolio, citing compliance automation and workflow efficiency as critical factors in a heavily regulated industry.

“Enterprise retail teams are managing hundreds of campaigns across dozens of channels while compliance requirements continue to tighten,” said Haley McDonald, CEO and Co-Founder of Neosframe.

“Manual creative operations can’t scale to meet these demands.” said McDonald

“We’ve built infrastructure that makes highvolume, compliant retail ad production viable again, and securing enterprise clients before we even launched publicly validated that this is a problem the market has been waiting for someone to solve.” he said.

Built for Scale and Compliance

Neosframe was purpose-built for enterprise in-house teams and agencies managing multi-brand portfolios or strict regulatory requirements.

“For brands operating in regulated industries, creative production isn’t just about speed, it’s about risk management,” said Katarina Diquez, Co-Founder at Neosframe.

“Traditional workflows rely on human review at every stage. We’ve automated the guardrails so teams can move faster without increasing compliance risk.” she said.

Market Validation

Tom Hackett, General Manager – Marketing Content at Entain, said the platform has already reshaped their approach to retail ad production.

“The response internally has been extremely positive. There is a real sense of excitement across the group and everyone has been looking forward to seeing the efficiencies. I cannot stress enough how impressed I have been with the platform to date.”

Neosframe is now live and onboarding enterprise clients across retail, financial services, consumer electronics, and regulated industries both nationally and globally.
